Geekbot templates shorten the time it takes to build customizable workflows for automated, recurring, or ad-hoc communication and task workflows. The Quick Check-in template is a pre-built workflow in the Geekbot platform that allows team members to check in with each other quickly and efficiently.
This template will provide a structured format for team members to let each other know everyone’s there for them. Configure the workflow settings, such as the schedule, the participating team members, and the public or private channel in which Geekbot will broadcast updates. This is a scheduled (or on-demand if you prefer) report that helps the team members answer prompts such as How do you feel today?, Are you on track with planned tasks?, or Do you have any concerns?.
This template is designed to help teams stay connected and on track by providing a structured format for check-ins. By using the Quick Check-in template, you can keep a check on your teammates’ well-being, with a short, snappy three-question survey that lets your teammates know you’re around to help.
