Meet Geekbot’s research team

We’re Geekbot’s research team. We run studies with Geekbot users and non-users alike, asking participants about their daily workflows, all the tools they use, and the tools they wish existed.

Our findings help us improve Geekbot for everyday users, and they shape the direction of the products we’ll build next.

Who can take part in our studies?

Anyone! You don’t need to be a Geekbot user to participate. We simply want people who are happy to share an honest opinion, no matter their role or experience.

When you sign up for our research group, we’ll ask you a few questions and then invite you to studies that fit your profile. And if you don’t want to take part, you can always say no or unsubscribe from the group.

What will we ask you to do?

Moderated Remote Study

A researcher might invite you to a web conference and interview you on a specific topic that fits your profile. This type of study typically takes 60-90min..

Unmoderated Remote Study

A researcher might invite you to carry out a task in your own time (like looking through new product designs) and think out loud while sharing your screen.

Survey

A researcher might invite you to answer a short questionnaire focused on improving our products. Surveys typically take no more than 10 minutes.

How often will you contact me?

We usually contact a participant any time the profile matches the research requirements. However, if you want to participate in no more than a specific number of studies, you can set how often we can contact you.

What level of English fluency should I have?

You need to speak fluent English to take part in Geekbot research studies.
