The Mistake Log template provides a structured format for team members to share their progress, challenges, and plans for the day. Configure the workflow settings, such as the schedule, the participating team members, and the public or private channel in which Geekbot will broadcast updates. This is an on-demand (or scheduled if you prefer) report that helps the team members answer prompts such as What did you learn?, How can this mistake be avoided in the future?, or Who do you think would be interested? _Use @mentions_.

To access the Mistake Log template on Slack or Microsoft Teams, log in to your Geekbot account and click the + New Workflow button. Then, select the Mistake Log template from the available options. Following that, anyone from your team can trigger the workflow template directly inside Slack or MS Teams by typing report and selecting the workflow they need.
The template is free to use for anyone in the Free or Paid plans.
