For example, you may ask, \u201cOn a scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate your work-life balance?\u201d The benefit of numeric responses is that they are more quantitative. If most of your team is answering 1 to 2 to the question above, you can more accurately identify the status of your company culture and get ahead of the problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pre-defined:<\/strong>&nbsp;You would choose pre-defined response types when you want your team to pick a multiple-choice answer<strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Let\u2019s say you\u2019re trying to figure out when to host the holiday party. You can provide pre-defined answers (such as specific dates), and your team will pick the one that they prefer.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>FYI:<\/strong>&nbsp;Don\u2019t want to use a&nbsp;template? No problem! You can create a meeting from scratch.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our templates help save you time by giving you a rough outline of a meeting format. But they\u2019re not required.
